By submitting an enquiry, pre-registration or booking with Al-Qadr Travels & Tours, you agree to these terms. Hajj and Umrah are subject to the rules of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of Bangladesh.
Our role
We arrange travel, accommodation, visas and group support as described in the package you select. Hajj operations run under the Hajj licence of Majumder Air International (Licence No. 0991). Final hotel names, flight timings and camp categories can change according to official allocation.
Bookings and deposits
A place is not confirmed until we receive the required deposit (currently BDT 30,000 per person for Hajj 2027 pre-registration) and the documents listed on the pre-registration page. Remaining balances are due by the dates we notify in writing or on WhatsApp.
Documents
You must provide a valid passport or NID, photographs and any GO/NOC that applies. Incorrect or late documents can delay or cancel a visa. We are not responsible for refusal by Saudi or Bangladesh authorities.
Prices
Package prices depend on airfare, hotels, transport and government fees. We publish final prices when those arrangements are confirmed. Optional add-ons are extra unless marked included.
Conduct
Pilgrims must follow group instructions, Saudi law and the rites timetable. The agency may refuse service where documents are incomplete or conduct endangers the group.
Liability
We take care in planning, but we are not liable for delays, weather, airline changes, official curfews, or force majeure. Travel insurance is recommended and is not included unless stated.
