Al-Qadr Travels & Tours (“we”, “us”) is a government-approved travel agency in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This policy explains how we handle personal information for Hajj, Umrah and related travel services.
Information we collect
When you contact us, pre-register or book a package, we may collect:
- Name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address
- National ID (NID) or passport copies, photographs and date of birth
- For NRB and child applicants: birth certificate, parent/guardian details
- Package preference, number of pilgrims and travel notes
- Payment and bank-transfer references for deposits
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Process Hajj and Umrah pre-registration, visas and bookings
- Share required data with airlines, hotels, Saudi authorities (including Nusuk) and Bangladesh authorities
- Contact you about documents, payments, group movements and itinerary changes
- Meet legal, licensing and audit requirements
Sharing
We share data only with parties needed to deliver your journey (airlines, hotels, ground handlers, government portals) and with professional advisers where required by law. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep booking and identity documents for as long as needed to complete your journey, handle deposits/refunds, and meet regulatory record-keeping rules, then delete or archive them securely.
Your choices

Security
Passport and NID copies are treated as sensitive. Access is limited to staff who process your file. Do not send documents over public social media if a safer channel (office, WhatsApp business line, or email) is available.
