Hajj and Umrah involve airline tickets, hotel allotments and government fees that are often non-refundable once issued. Please read this before you pay a deposit.
Hajj 2027 pre-registration (BDT 30,000)
- The pre-registration fee is BDT 30,000 per person and is valid for two years.
- It reserves your place in line (first come, first served). It is not the full package price.
- If you cancel before we have submitted your file to official portals or purchased tickets, contact the office. We will confirm in writing what can be returned after any bank charges.
- After visa filing, ticket issue or hotel confirmation, refunds follow airline, hotel and Saudi/Bangladesh authority rules — which may allow a partial refund, a credit, or no refund.
Confirmed packages
Cancellation charges increase as departure approaches. We will state the applicable scale when you confirm a package. No-shows and missed biometrics are treated as cancellations.
Changes by authorities
If Hajj quotas, visa rules or transport plans change by official announcement, we will offer the next available option, a credit toward a later season (within the two-year validity where it applies), or a refund of unused amounts we actually recover from suppliers.
How to cancel
Write to alqadrtravelsandtours@gmail.com or visit 50/1 Habib Center (2nd Floor), Purana Paltan, Dhaka, Bangladesh with the pilgrim’s name, phone number and payment reference. Refunds, when due, are returned to the original payer’s account.
For the current deposit amount and document list, see Hajj 2027 Pre-Registration.
